Stress Management - What Is Stress?
Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Common stress reactions include tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and a variety of physical symptoms that include headache and a fast heartbeat.

Hypnotherapy
We offer Hypnotherapy Training for all. From a basic Foundation Course to Advanced Training. Our courses are offered at weekends, so that those people funding their own training can attend without having to take time off work.
Our training is designed to be very much a ‘hands on’ training, as this is the way that we believe that confidence is built up.
You can learn techniques on this course, that as far as we know are not demonstrated and taught in in other courses in Scotland,
